Fly from Entebbe to Kidepo Valley National Park

After a relaxed breakfast at your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe, your safari begins with a transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight to Kidepo Valley National Park.

You’ll land at Apoka Airstrip, where your guide will welcome you and drive you to the luxurious Apoka Safari Lodge.

Following check-in and a delicious lunch, you can begin viewing wildlife from the lodge’s balcony, overlooking the bustling Narus Valley.

In the evening, you’ll head out for your first game drive through the Narus River Valley, home to large herds of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and – with luck – lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
